Im trying to set up my outlook express. me email server is aol I need to know who is incoming and out going?
first of all you should not have a proxy server


that is the case if you are in an institution for internet facility like educational institutes


and the question abt incoming and outgoing server .


see if aol provides the facility of pop up mail or not.


enable the facility in your account and there must be some help link around that which will tell you about configrations
