You'll need to contact your Internet provider. Call their tech support line. In order to setup Outlook Express, you'll need to ask them for:





1. Your username (usually your email addy)


2. Your password


3. Your outgoing mail server


4. Your incoming mail server


5. Whether the server requires authentication





Once you have that, it's a matter of filling in the blanks!
