I just got a email address from mail.com (blankity-blank-blank@email.com, @email.com, not @mail.com) and when I tried to set it up with Mac OS X Mail, it asked for the incoming mail server and the outgoing mail server....would anyone happen to know what they might be?

You should be able to find a "Help" file at email.com which will give you the settings.
I say "should" because I couldn't find one there. I couldn't even find a way to set up an email account with a (name)@email.com email addr. All it appears to be to me is listings of where email accounts can be set up anywhere _but_ email.com.
Know this doesn't help that much.
