When you get a notice that your email server is down and won't be able to deliver ......?

...... do you decide to not tip the 15% ? I'm really frustrated with the service!

When you get a notice that your email server is down and won't be able to deliver ......?
Taking this literally (because I don't tip them!), I first check the 2Wire and LynkSys.





Sometimes I call my server. Last time it was two hours--their nickel. The person asked at first if there was construction going on nearby. I said yes, across the street. *Two hours* later she said, "Oh, the service seems to be out in your area!" Like duhhhhh!





Another time I called Comcast--again two hours. I was under the desk checking the wires, as they had said, when DH came home and said, "Ummm, honey? We don't *have* Comcast!"





Call me fuchsia-faced...

Reply:I can relate! They've been working on our server for the past 2 weeks here at work, and it seems that every time I'm answering a really interesting question, it goes down. Pisses me off, big time!!!

my work email goes down all the time- it's very frustrating but it gets fixed within reasonable timing.





If my internet at home goes down I call brighthouse and betch like no other!


I pay a lot of money for phone, cable and internet and it better work all the time!
