I just got my sidekick and I'm trying to set up my email account on my phone.I need the Mail Server and the protocol if possible. How do I set my account to fetch my amail externally?
What is the mail server for MSN Email?
This is not possible as Microsoft doesn't allow external POP access for mail which is needed for applications and devices to receive messages from a email account.
There is a program called Windows Live Mail that allows you to do this however, but this is only available on windows XP and Vista.

Reply:the answer with the live mail is correct. msn does not allow pop access, it does how ever allow http access but sidekick is not capable of http. i think the only way to access your mail through sidekick is to go onto msn.com and view your mail through the browser but then again i don't think sidekick has a browser or is capable of web browsing. if it is then this is the only way
