What is the best bulk email software with it's own mail server?
For a thousand or even couple thousand, a normal email system can handle it. Bulk email software handles millions of email addresses and emails them out constantly for hours.
You might want to contact your email host to verify they can handle the volume and won't flag you as a spammer before doing anything with sending a lot of email.
