I would like to get the names of our incoming and outgoing email server.?

For example, when I go to send certain pages, it will ask me if my incoming mail is a POP or HTTP, etc. server. Then it will ask if my outgoing server is SMPT. And do you require a user name and password?


Could someone please give me this information?
