Only can acces email server?

my friend and i can only talk through email on yahoo he cant log into yahoo messenger what is going on

Only can acces email server?
strange for both to be that way





REMOVE BLOCKED SENDERS ETC





YOU OR THEM MAY HAVE DONE THIS BY ACCIDENT

open mail page


on right side click options


then Block Addresses


move your mouse over the ones you dont want blocked


click remove block


when it got that bad for me i removed all to get a fresh start
